Coordination between governments levels, social cohesion and provision of services.
Topic Three: Case Studies on Decentralization and Local Governance.
Using case-study methodology, course participants can explore local management in greater detail, gauging its true impact on the areas in which it has the greatest responsibility. Proposed case studies are those that touch upon areas that promote change in local development and that offer a more proactive view on specific projects and actions that effect citizens’ daily lives.
