Tropical Consult perform a sectoral training needs analysis to identify the specific training needs. Based on the needs assessment and clients training gap identification, it sets out a clear approach to deliver high-quality and customized trainings that equip participants with hands-on experience and practical skills to enable them face day-to-day workplace challenges with confidence.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
As part of the training stages, tropical consult determines the training the organization needs consistent with the organizational goals in stage one, conducting pre-trainings to know what skills need to be improved. Secondly, based on the identified skill gaps (TNA), it designs the curriculum and learning materials and conducts training implementation.
Thirdly, we conduct a post-training evaluation to measure what has changed after training.
